Grilled Chipotle Maple Shrimp

How To Cook Grilled Chipotle Maple Shrimp   Comment On This Recipe
Allow time for marinating.
Ingredients:
2 pound shrimp - (approx. 36) peeled and deveined (Learn How)
3 tablespoon(s) chipotles in adobo
1/4 cup(s) maple syrup (pure)
1/4 cup(s) orange juice
1/4 cup(s) olive oil
Steps:
-Place shrimp in a large bowl once cleaned and deveined.
-With a food processor, puree the chipotles, syrup and orange juice together. Slowly drizzle in the oil and add the salt.
-Pour mixture over the shrimp, toss thoroughly and marinate from 1-6 hours.
-Grill shrimp loose or on skewers over high heat. Grill for about 3 minutes on each side. If off the skewer, shrimp will curl up when done.
-If using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in water beforehand.
-Serve right away.
