Allow time for marinating. | Ingredients: | | 2 pound shrimp - (approx. 36) peeled and deveined (Learn How) | | 3 tablespoon(s) chipotles in adobo | | 1/4 cup(s) maple syrup (pure) | | 1/4 cup(s) orange juice | | 1/4 cup(s) olive oil | |
Steps: | | -Place shrimp in a large bowl once cleaned and deveined. | | -With a food processor, puree the chipotles, syrup and orange juice together. Slowly drizzle in the oil and add the salt. | | -Pour mixture over the shrimp, toss thoroughly and marinate from 1-6 hours. | | -Grill shrimp loose or on skewers over high heat. Grill for about 3 minutes on each side. If off the skewer, shrimp will curl up when done. | | -If using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in water beforehand. | | -Serve right away. |
