Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
3 apples - peeled, cored, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 1/2 cup(s) blackberries
1/4 cup(s) sugar (granulated)
2 tablespoon(s) flour (all-purpose)
1/3 cup(s) rolled oats
1/2 cup(s) flour (all-purpose)
2 1/2 tablespoon(s) pecans - coarsely chopped
2 1/2 tablespoon(s) walnuts - coarsely chopped
3 tablespoon(s) brown sugar (light)
1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon (ground)
3 tablespoon(s) butter - softened
Steps:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-Oil a 9 x 9-inch glass baking pan.
-In a bowl, mix apples, blackberries, sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour, and transfer to pan.
-In a clean bowl, mix oats, 1/2 cup of flour, nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon.
-Add butter and mix in thoroughly.
-Sprinkle the oat mixture over the fruit mixture.
-Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until fruit is bubbling and topping is browned.
-Let cool before serving.
