Ingredients:
1/3 cup(s) macadamia nuts - or blanched almonds
4 garlic cloves - peeled (Learn How)
2 tablespoon(s) green curry paste
1 tablespoon(s) fish sauce
1 tablespoon(s) lime juice - fresh
1 cup(s) basil - Thai basil, if available
1 cup(s) cilantro leaves
1/2 cup(s) mint Leaves
1/3 cup(s) olive oil
1 pinch salt and pepper - to taste
Steps:
-In a food processor, pulse the nuts and garlic until roughly chopped.
-Add the curry paste, fish sauce and lime juice. Process until combined with nuts.
-Pack the herbs into the processor and turn on until a paste is formed.
-Slowly drizzle in the olive oil to emulsify.
-Season to taste.
