Steps: |
| -Preheat oven to 375 degrees. |
| -In a food processor, add flour, baking powder, and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt; pulse. |
| -Add butter and pulse until mixture is formed into tiny balls. |
| -Leave processor on and add all water until dough starts to form. |
| -Remove dough and place on a lightly floured surface. |
| -Pat into a rectangle, 1-inch thick. |
| -Take a rolling pin and roll the dough into a 10 x 12-inch rectangle, 1/4-inch thick. |
| -Cut the dough into 1/4-inch-wide strips. |
| -Roll each strip 14-inches long. |
| -Brush one strip with water and twist with another, and repeat with the other strips. |
| -Arrange on a sheet pan, brush with oil and sprinkle with salt. |
| -Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees or until golden. |
