Ingredients:
3 large potatoes (yukon gold) - cut into 1/2-inch thick wedges
3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
8 garlic cloves - peeled and minced (Learn How)
1 onion - peeled and julienned
2 teaspoon(s) thyme - chopped
1 pinch salt and pepper - to taste
1 tablespoon(s) parsley (fresh) - chopped
Steps:
-Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
-In a bowl, toss the potatoes with the oil, garlic, onion, thyme, salt and pepper.
-Spread evenly on a sheet pan.
-Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are browned on bottom and crispy.
-Toss with the parsley when out of the oven.
