Ingredients:

3 eggs - beaten

6 tablespoon(s) butter - melted
2/3 cup(s) corn syrup (dark)
1 tablespoon(s) molasses
1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt (iodized)
1 cup(s) pecans - halves
Steps:
-Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
-Brush a thin coating of the beaten eggs over the parbaked pie crust.
-Beat the sugar into the remaining eggs.
-Beat in the melted butter, corn syrup, molasses, lemon juice, vanilla and salt.
-Pour mixture into the pie crust.
-Arrange the pecans on top.
-Bake for 20-30 minutes until set. Cool on a rack.
