Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
2 teaspoon(s) fish sauce
3 small scallions - minced
2 tablespoon(s) ginger - peeled and minced (Learn How)
3 tablespoon(s) cilantro - chopped
3 tablespoon(s) plum sauce
1 egg
1/4 cup(s) bread crumbs - or cracker crumbs
1/2 teaspoon(s) red chile flakes - ground
1 pinch salt and pepper - to taste
Steps:
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
-Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix will with your hands.
-Heat up a small saute pan to test your mixture for seasoning before you make all of your meatballs.
-Make a silver dollar-size patty and cook it all of the way through!
-Taste it, and adjust seasoning. Cook another tester if necessary.
-Once your seasoning is right, roll out your meatballs and place in a casserole dish.
-Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes until cooked all of the way through.
