Steps:
-Put vinegar and lemon juice into a medium bowl.
-Then section the orange over the bowl so that it catches all of the juice.
-Let the segments fall into the bowl, and when you are finished, squeeze the center to get all of the remaining juice.
-Then add the remaining ingredients and season to taste.
Use with lamb, grilled fish and chicken.
