Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes - peeld and cut into 1/2-inch sticks
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1/2 cup(s) bread crumbs
2 tablespoon(s) Parmesan cheese (grated)
1/4 tablespoon(s) basil (dried)
1/4 teaspoon(s) thyme (dried)
1/4 teaspoon(s) oregano (dried)
1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon(s) onion powder
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch red pepper
Steps:
-Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
-Combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and peppers in a medium bowl.
-Mix well so the cheese and herbs are evenly distributed throughout the crumbs.
-Place the oil into a large bowl.
-Remove any excess moisture from potato sticks with paper towel and toss potato sticks in oil until well coated.
-Taking a few at a time, toss the potato sticks into the bowl with the cheese and bread crumb mixture, making sure that all surfaces are covered.
-Arrange the potato sticks on a greased baking sheet so that they do not touch each other.
-Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
