Ingredients: | | 1 pound ground beef | | 1 package taco seasoning | | 1 package ranch salad dressing mix | | 1 onion - peeled and chopped | | 1 bell pepper (green) - seeded and chopped | | 1 can(s) red kidney beans - or black beans | | 1 can(s) pinto beans | | 1 can(s) black eyed peas | | 1 can(s) rotel | |
Steps: | | -Place first 5 ingredients in a deep saute pan and brown ground beef over medium to medium-high heat; drain any liquid. | | -Add full cans of beans and Rotel to a 4-quart pot. | | -Add beef mixture to the pot; simmer until hot. | Serve with cheese and sour cream. |
