Ingredients:
1 pound pasta (Ziti) - cooked to al dente
4 cup(s) - pasta sauce
1 cup(s) cottage cheese - low-fat
3/4 cup(s) parsley (fresh) - grated
3/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese - grated
2 cup(s) mozzarella cheese - grated
3/4 cup(s) Provolone cheese - grated
Steps:
-Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
-Coat a 9 x 13-inch pan 1 cup of pasta sauce.
-Add a layer of half of the cooked pasta, cottage cheese, parsley, Parmesan, and Mozzarella.
-Add a layer of 1 1/2 cups of pasta sauce, and repeat previous step.
-Top with remaining sauce and Provolone cheese.
-Cover with parchment paper and foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
