Ingredients: | | 1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil | | 1 pound pork tenderloin - cut into strips | | 1 small onion - peeled and sliced | | 1 small bell pepper - seeded and sliced | | 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt | | 1/2 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper | | 1/2 teaspoon(s) cumin | | 4 large flour tortillas | |
Steps: | | -Heat large nonstick saute pan over medium-high heat; add oil. | | -Once the oil is hot, add pork strips, onion, bell pepper and seasonings. | | -Cook until pork is cooked through, stirring constantly, about 4-5 minutes. | | -Warm tortillas. | | -Divide pork mixture evenly and serve wrapped in tortillas. | Serve with salsa. |
