Ingredients:
3 eggs

Steps:
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter two pie dishes.
-Whisk eggs in a medium bowl.
-Add flour to eggs a little at a time, whisking after each addition just until batter is smooth.
-Add milk in two additions, beating lightly after each addition.
-Lightly beat in melted butter and salt.
-Divide the batter between two prepared pie dishes.
-Bake on 400 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350 and continue to bake for 5 more minutes.
-Serve warm.
Serve with butter and powdered sugar.
