Steps: |
| -Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter two pie dishes. |
| -Whisk eggs in a medium bowl. |
| -Add flour to eggs a little at a time, whisking after each addition just until batter is smooth. |
| -Add milk in two additions, beating lightly after each addition. |
| -Lightly beat in melted butter and salt. |
| -Divide the batter between two prepared pie dishes. |
| -Bake on 400 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350 and continue to bake for 5 more minutes. |
| -Serve warm. |
Serve with butter and powdered sugar. |
