Ingredients:
1 - pie crust - 9-inch, uncooked
1/2 pound bacon - cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup(s) red onion - diced
2 cup(s) swiss cheese - grated
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup(s) sour cream
2 tablespoon(s) parsley (flat leaf) - chopped
Steps:
-Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
-Roll pastry to fit into a 12-inch pizza pan; bake for 5 minutes.
-Sprinkle bacon, onion and cheese evenly over crust. In a bowl, beat eggs, sour cream and parsley until smooth; pour over pizza.
-Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until pizza is puffy and lightly browned.
