Steps: | | -Cover a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil. | | -Over low heat, melt the chocolate in a double boiler until smooth, stirring constantly. | | -Mix in the half and half and vanilla. | | -Grab the stem end of the strawberries and dip them into the chocolate mixture. | | -Gently lay them on the parchment. | | -Allow chocolate to set. |
