This recipe is courtesy of Cooks Warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia. | Ingredients: | | 4 roma tomatoes - quartered lengthwise | | 1 pinch salt and pepper | | 1 pinch sugar | | 1 tablespoon(s) garlic - chopped (optional) | | 1 tablespoon(s) basil - chopped (optional) | | 1 tablespoon(s) oregano - chopped (optional) | |
Steps: | | -Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | | -Place tomatoes quarters on a sheet pan. | | -Sprinkle with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Also sprinkle with any other of the optional ingredients. | | -Cook at 350 degrees until edges wrinkle and begin to brown, about 20 minutes. | | -Serve warm, cool, or chilled. They will keep 4-5 days refrigerated. |
