Ingredients:
8 cup(s) mixed greens
1 recipe - Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 recipe - Oven Roasted Tomatoes
1 cup(s) goat cheese - crumbled
1 small red onion - peeled and thinly sliced
1 can(s) hearts of palm - (drained) cut into 1/4-inch moons
1/2 cup(s) slivered almonds - toasted
Steps:
-Arrange tomatoes around the outside of salad and sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese, red onions, hearts of palm and toasted almonds.
-Wash and dry greens.
-Arrange on chilled plate and drizzle with vinaigrette or toss with vinaigrette then arrange on chilled plate.
