Serve this with chips or use it as a fresh topping to spice up another dish. You can use more or less jalapenos for the spice level that you enjoy.
Ingredients:
2 cup(s) tomatoes - seeded and diced
1 medium onion - peeled and diced
1 jalapeno pepper - seeded and minced
1/4 cup(s) cilantro - chopped
2 limes - juiced
1 teaspoon(s) salt (iodized)
Steps:
-Mix all of the ingredients together in a non-reactive bowl.
-Refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving. Serve chilled.
