A Step-by-Step How To: Pear - Coring with Melon Baller


	Halve the pear through the center.

Hold one half in the palm of your hand.	Insert the edge of a melon baller just off center of the core.

With one sweeping motion, remove the full core and seeds.	Between the stem and core, there is a visible piece that is fibrous. Drag the melon baller over this strip to remove it.

The pears can now be sliced as called for in your recipe.
